Gather your friends for a wine tasting.  Unofficial wine tastings use to be very popular.  Is the decrease due to the economy?  Probably, but it is time to pop your corks again.  Have everyone bring a bottle of wine, make it a red night or a white wine night, and keep the bottles covered so you are not influenced by label or price.  It’s a good way to come across new and exciting tastes that you may have once over looked.
