In this segment of “Pairing with Andrea” she features a rich red wine paired with a wonderful dish.  Her choice is a red wine by Hess of California, a Hess Select Cabernet Sauvignon.


Andrea loves the sweetness and the power of the deep berry fruit in this Cabernet Sauvignon.  The ripe plum, raspberry and flavors of caramel make this red wine a perfect fit for a variety of food and red wine pairings.
