White wine for a red wine lover?

I’m typically a red wine drinker (sangiovese and merlot in particular). I have yet to develop a taste for white wine, but I wanted to start trying some out. Any white wine suggestions for a red wine lover?

You seem to prefer drier wines (higher alcohol content BTW). Dry wines seem to be on my preference radar as well. I like to have a sauvignon blanc or chablis blanc. Every once in awhile, I might get lucky and get a drier Chardonnay, but it’s too rare to mess with.
