    Cheap wine is to college students as grog was to the sailors of old. It’s not the most delectable stuff, but it fulfills a necessity. The necessity being: the ability to get intoxicated with limited resources.
    From this point of view, boones is not a very good choice. I’ve chugged an entire bottle (consumed over the course of about 2 minutes) and experienced little more than a light buzz.
    On the other hand, you could probably get 4-5 people drunk off a box of franzia.
